Our technical staff also knows new equipment to help you decide which memory is right for your application. Some product we cannot support, you will need to call the maker to receive support.

StarSurplus.com takes VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and NOVUS (DISCOVER) as well as Paypal. We also ship COD (payment has to be made by cashier’s check). You can also prepay with check, company and personal checks, take 2-3 weeks to process. Cashier’s check or money order we process immediately. If you are a corporation, institution or the government we can accept a purchase order, on approved credit, and give you terms. we also can accept payment through electronic funds transfer (EFI).

SHIPPING OPTIONS

StarSurplus.com Ships through UPS, FED EX, DHL, AIRBORNE, POSTAL SERVICE and other courier services.

RETURN POLICY

Before returning any product you must call starsurplus.com first. When sending back your product you must have a copy of the invoice as well as an explanation letter of what you need. All original packaging must be in fine shape . All non defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. By ordering over the internet you agree to the 20% restocking fee on non defective returns. If product is defective starsurplus.com will exchange or refund at starsurplus.com’s discretion . All memory comes with lifetime warranty, for exchange of the same part only. No refunds after 30 days.
